How to Apply

To apply for full-time positions, choose the appropriate candidate category and follow the steps.

External Candidates
  1. To view our full-time job openings, visit the UT Austin Staff Job Search page. This is pre-filtered and will show only the job opportunities in our department. Learn more about each position by clicking on the position title.
  2. When you find a position you are interested in, click the orange “Apply” button.
  3. Follow the prompts to create an account or sign in and submit your application. You will need to submit a resume, three references, and in certain cases, a letter of interest to apply.
Internal Candidates
  1. Log into Workday using your EID and password.
  2. Go to the Menu button in the upper left corner and click the “Jobs Hub” button.
  3. Click the magnifying glass to browse all jobs.
  4. Type “University Housing and Dining” into the search bar to see all the available openings within our department. You can learn more about each position by clicking on the position title.
  5. When you find a position you are interested in, click the “Apply” button and complete your application.
